Our reception is closing, but we’re still here to help.

The changing needs of our customers means we need to adapt how we provide our service. We’ve been increasing investment in our online and call centre offerings based in the Isle of Man and Glasgow to improve the way customers can manage their accounts, pay bills and interact with our customer service team. These improvements reflect the fact that most customers now prefer the convenience of managing their accounts online or over the phone from wherever they are, whenever they want. 

For those customers who still require face-to-face customer service, either because they are vulnerable or have especially complex requirements, we have launched an appointment service. This means that our customers can speak to the team at a convenient time, means no more queuing at the reception area, and provides a guaranteed meeting slot. 

Please find below all the ways you can easily keep doing what you’ve always done: 

- Cash and cheque payments can be completed at the Post Office

- Managing your account, including paying your bill can be done here or by calling us on 01624 644444 

- Mini bulk top up or cylinder orders can be done here, or customers can call us on 01624 644444  

- For final meter reads and moving in reads customers can complete a simple form on our website, let us know if they’re moving house 

- Any account information change requests can be done via email hello@islandsenergygroup.com or call us on 01624 644444 

- We will no longer offer gas regulators, but these are available to buy at B&Q and online
