We’ll need to know your new address, moving in date and first meter reading. We’ll send you a new customer form to fill in and send back. If you’re an existing customer moving out of a property we’ll need to know your moving out date and final meter reading from the property you’re moving out of. If you require us to come and read the meter, please give us at least one week’s notice before you move out. Contact our team on our contact us page or call us on 644444 for further information.
