Our reception is closing, but we’re still here to help.
The changing needs of our customers means we need to adapt how we provide our service. We’ve been investing in our online and customer service teams to ensure that our service doesn’t change – just they way you can access it.
You can now do all that you used to do from the comfort of your home or another location.
Can I still pay in cheques and cash?
Yes, cash and cheque payments can be completed at the Post Office
How can I pay my bill?
You can easily pay your bill on our website here or you can call our customer service team on 01624 644444. Don’t forget you can also register for online billing which means you can stay up to date with your account when you want.
Did you know you can sign up to a Direct Debit payment saving you 1% on your bills and helping you manage your monthly payments, saving you time and money?
How do I let you know that I’m moving home?
If you want to submit a final meter read or need to let us know that you are moving home just fill out this form or if you’d prefer call our customer services team on 01624 644444

I want to order a gas regulator where can I go now?
We are no longer able to sell gas regulators, but you can purchase them at B&Q or online
